All audio files .rm use the Real Audio format (download here the free versionReal Audio software link ).

Some ON guys do not respect the Belgian regulations and use all illegal behaviours to work new DXCC and locators. Shame to heard ONs using callsign of others to improve the score of their brothers/friends when not QRV. I put for you a clear example what happen in Belgium.

We heard hereHear them. ON4ANT using his own callsign followed by the same operator using the callsign of his brother ON4GG without to indicate who is the operator. Only one operator was at home and his brother was at work. The true voiceHear them. is not the same! Of course the piracy occurs in the other sense (like thisHear them. ON4GG using the callsign of ON4ANT). Listen here Hear him ON4GG and ON4ANT (op ON4GG cheating) with BG7OH. A such practice is prohibited in Belgium. ON4ANT is now ON4IQ.

If you cannot play Real Audio files, the first record is available in WAV format or AU format. The other is available in WAV format.

The new regulation valid from February 12, 2001 is very clear (french and dutch text at PDF format here) and even more restrictive than the previous one.

January 9, 2001 - Ministerial decree relating to the establishment and the startup of radioelectric stations by radio hams

CHAPTER VI -  Use of the station of amateur

Article 18.  The Institute confers to each holder of the authorization a call sign for its station.  This call sign is used as follows:

4° if a station of amateur is used by another radio ham that the holder of the authorization, the user emits the call sign of the holder of the authorization, followed by the word " operator " and its own call sign;

5° if the station of an association is used, only the call sign of this station is emitted;

The previous regulation was also very clear:

 Excerpt of Ministerial order of 19 December 1986 related to the setting up and operating of radio-electric stations by amateurs' radio.

 CHAPTER V       Callsign

 Art. 24 Whenever a amateur radio station is used by another amateur radio than the authorisation's holder, the user must broadcast the holder callsign followed by its own name and given name or his own callsign.
Whenever an association station is put into service, only the callsign of that station must be broadcasted.

The complete belgian regulation (French and Nederlands) is available on this site.

Comments of the Ed:

It must be clearly indicated if the operator is the authorisation's holder or not.
Hereafter a good example (the station ONxxx named "Joe Smith" during a QSO. The ONxxx operator is "Georges Buttler" ONyyy):
  ONxxx my name is Georges: Illegal (heard a true exampleHear them.).
  ONxxx operator Georges: Illegal.
  ONxxx operator Georges Buttler: Illegal in the new regulation.
  ONxxx operator ONyyy: OK
